Achieving aesthetically pleasing, refined and comfortable living and work spaces is our goal and commitment. Whether a full gut renovation or a decoration only project, the process begins with a consultation to see the space or architectural plans, learn about the client needs, desires and aspirations, likes and dislikes, share any inspiration images, timing and budget.  A detailed Scope of Work is then provided, with fees clearly outlined, along with a Design Agreement to commence work on the project.

1. For existing spaces, photographs and detailed measurements are taken.
2. Meet with Architect and/or General Contractor to review plans and determine next steps.
3. Initiate discussions with custom millworker, A/V specialists, window treatment installers and other sub-contractors as needed.
4. Development of design scheme, mood boards, furniture plans and sourcing of furniture, fabrics and finishes, lighting, rugs, wall and window treatments.
5. Presentation of all elements for review and preliminary approval.
6. Visit showrooms to see various items as desired.
7. Purchase all approved items, tracking of orders, invoicing and payments as well as general project management.
8. Coordination and detailed supervision of all installations including furniture, lighting, custom millwork, wall and window treatments.
9. Project walk-through.
10. Professional photography of the project.
